You have to capture people and give them to your pigeons as food, but also you have to protect your pigeons from many attacks. To defend your pigeons you can take the patrol car and throw it to those that attack them. | Move the mouse to move the eagle, click at the persons to capture them, then keep the button pressed until you want to release the person. |
