You have to drop the balls that are passing on top to form groups of the same color so they disappear. They will do it if the group has at least 3 adjacents of the same color. From time to time there's spetial balls, with multiple kind of effects: multiply points if you form groups (balls x4, x6), destroy all the balls of the same color (star balls), give extra time, or eliminate all the balls in a column (bomb balls). | Click at the exact moment when the ball you want to drop at a certain column passes over it. |
